NCS series deep hole drilling machine is the equipment designed and manufactured by our engineer upon the absorption of advanced experience of high speed drilling machine abroad and the combination of actual application of module industry at home. The deep hole drilling tools can be widely applied in mould processing of water channel hole, punch hole, hot runner hole, hydraulic valve, distributor, heat exchanger plate and others of mould. Features:
1. The stand column, pedestal, slide platform, work platform and other main components of machine tool are made of castings, which has low deformation and high precision.
2. The imported linear guide rail and ball screw are adopted in machine tool so as to ensure the processing precision of equipment.
3. The processing scope is large, the bores of 3mm-30mm can be processed and the effective processing depth is 2,000mm in maximum for once.
4. The wide work space in design facilitates the clamping and processing of large workpiece.
 5. The MITSUBISHI servo numerical control system is adopted and the machine is characterized by steady performance and simple operation.
